Emergency room Made Mar 21, 2024, sent to the company Mar 25, 2024, published by CPSC Apr 15, 2024
The product, in the report: Aramar Round Dining Table Gold- Aiden Lane (glass top dining room table purchased from Target). The link for the product is no longer active so I cannot obtain all the descriptive details, but I do still have my receipt.
My glass-top dining table shattered into countless pieces, completely on its own. I was in another room when it happened and got injured while cleaning up the glass debris. However, I am horrified to think of what could have happened if I was sitting at the table when it happened and am concerned for the safety of other consumers who purchased the same product. This is very dangerous and indicates a flaw in the structural design in the product I would hope is investigated.
