The product, in the report: Yellow mesh toy cubby that hangs from the bar in the closet by a velcro enclosure. There are 4 compartments that are separated by a metal ring of wire and a mesh bottom. Holes in the front of each compartment allow for the placing and removing of toys.
The toy cubby was hanging in the children’s closet as designed. My special needs son was playing in the closet with the stuffed animals that were in the cubby. While playing the ring of wire that supports and separates the compartments tore through the fabric of the cubby at eye level. He was not injured, but the chance for injury was very high.
