The product, in the report: Simple Living Bradley Two Drawer Filing Cabinet

A Simple Living Bradley two drawer filing cabinet was purchased in December 2023 from the on line Bed Bath and Beyond website for creating a filing system for a 90+ year old woman (my mother in law) to keep her essential papers organized. The filing cabinet was assembled according to manufacturer’s instructions and files were placed in both drawers after assembly. We recently added more paper files to the drawer and the drawer tipped forward creating a tipping hazard that could cause serious injury. After contacting Bed Bath and Beyond they assumed no liability for this tipping risk.
