The product, in the report: Lighted medicine cabinet with outlet. Model # 861.38710
Turned light on in bathroom and one of the bulbs in light on medicine cabinet popped. Put new bulb in thinking the light bulb just burned out; however the new bulb popped too. Also, when plugging in hair dryer in cabinet outlet sparks came out of outlet. Looked online to get same medicine cabinet and saw that it was recalled . Bought our house in 2000 so was unaware it was recalled.
