On September 14, 2018 at 5:40 pm our Mastercraft microwave cabinet model #MWC303621B came off the wall crashing to the floor. Shattered glass and dishes and sections of cabinet and the microwave were all over the kitchen floor and cafe areas. The cabinet was located above the kitchen counter top. The back of the cabinet is still in the wall and we can now see that all that supported the cabinet are a series of nails along the top and bottom of the cabinet.
