The product, in the report: Tall metal 6 shelve storage unit
The shelving units wheel caster broke off resulting in the entire unit to fall forward. It landed on my Mother and broke the window that it was facing along with most of the contents it was holding. I just found out there is a recall on the product and I have tried to contact the company only to find out the numbers are disconnected. I spoke with someone from Costco about the matter and all they are telling me to do is return it to them. They have no way of reaching King Long. The cost of replacing and repairs is a lot of money not to mention the injury my Mother acquired to her head.
