The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

Hurt, no treatment Made Nov 3, 2015, sent to the company Nov 12, 2015, published by CPSC Nov 27, 2015
The product, in the report: Item # 011W004703808001P Model # 87001 Brown storage closet for the attic. Zippered closure. This particular one has a clear window at the top. Models vary box to box.
During assembly of a 60 inch storage closet (This is a clothes hanging closet that is covered by zippered cloth for attic storage.) the plastic pieces need to be held under high stress as you leverage the covering over an impossible (in my instance) stretch. The plastic piece shatters and can drive shards of plastic into your hand or arm with as much force as you can muster. It’s extremely dangerous. The warranty includes free replacement parts for the first 30 days. This is to cover the extremely high number of broken parts. The product varies in design from box to box and some have shorter zippers than others, among other differences. I contend that this product is unsafe to the point of being recalled and taken off the market right away.
