The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No incident, no one hurt

The product, in the report: A tree shapped bookcase

I assembled the Delta Children Tree Bookcase according to the manufacturers instructions. I noticed the bookcase was top heavy. Within minutes of attaching the top piece to the bottom it collapsed before I could mount it to the wall. The cam screws damaged the manufactured wood components. Fortunately, no one was harmed. I do worry for the safety of children.

  2. Hurt, no treatment

The product, in the report: 1. Bed, won’t wash. Wood; 2. The Frozen cabinet broke without even the strength to break it; I don’t know how it just falls down oneday and only small things were on it. And it’s not secured, but something I guess bumped it then its broken; and shredded; and there’s no way to replace it; and they at Delta said they only offer parts; which they didn’t actually offer-- without trouble. And then, 3. Is the fabric to wood, and metal toys storage. And that’s the worse hazard because if you topple on that the whole thing falls apart in an instant; And additionally, I’ll say the bed wasn’t ideal, I remember the screws would come off; or on anygiven day I’m retightening the corner ones; on post. So What is that?!

I had purchased for my toddler; this bunch of items from Target, and Walmart; and maybe ToysRUs; At the time, We had a toddlerbed ($300) and a Frozen Bookcase/ Storage ($80); and a Fabric-drawer, plus White Cabinet/Storage getup for, for toys. This toys holders; this wooden-sides; and they had metal-poles; and this mildly supported; thus the fabric and cardboard; and this broke twice; I replaced it twice, for ($300) total; and sadly, enough. Enough, I liked. The items. Okay; however, this was something I reported to Delta; and no one wanted to send money; and no one cared; that the items would break; The Frozen Dresser the shelve broke; oneday and I knew it was something silly; or light that did it; touched- and I say, beause it was in the corner of the room I think only a little thing broke-this; And I hope you’d know I would like a refund and a profession of faulty product of this Children’s area of Delta; and I don’t think the pole-held drawers are a fine addition- unsafely; exposing children like my own, daughter, to be poked when she fell kinda on it. And this is so fragile of a cabinet that it would just fall to pieces to a bump; or a scoot-nearby like if you ran into it. And I’m telling you, this is something. Additionally, the bed. I don’t know about the toddler bed, but often the wood would not look clean. So I could wash 100x but. That’s the story.
