The product, in the report: Closetmaid Cubeicals 9 cube organizer shelves. Contains screw hole covers that easily fall off

Twice now with two different products in two completely different households I have witnessed my son who is 13 months old nearly choking on a small piece of this product. The product is the Closetmaid 9 cube organizing storage shelves which can be purchased at target and I believe Home Depot as well as online retailers all over. These shelves are wonderful and easy to put together with the exception of one problem. They have these tiny color coordinated screw hole covers that are supposed to stick into the screw holes and cover them up to look finished. The problem is small children can easily pick these off or they won’t stay on tight to begin with and fall off everywhere and small babies put them in their mouths and choke on them. Twice now at my home and the home of a friends who both purchased this product and built it, my son gagged on these tiny pieces that neither of us realized had fallen off the screw. Please do something with the product so that this doesn’t happen and cause more harm. They need to make a safer type of cover that still gives the nice finished look but attaches better to the screw head and doesn’t fall off easily.
