The product, in the report: Bed, Bath, and Beyond Newport Wall Mounted Cabinet - http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?SKU=14448195

I am reporting a dangerous cabinet sold by Bed, Bath, and Beyond. The link to the cabinet is:

    http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?SKU=14448195

Tonight, this cabinet’s glue came undone between the crown moulding and cabinet and came crashing to our bathroom floor. If someone were in the bathroom or sitting on our toilet they could have been seriously injured or killed. This problem was not due to a mounting error and has been installed for almost three years in our home. The crown moulding was still hanging on the wall after the cabinet crashed to the floor. It is due to a manufacturing defect between crown moulding and cabinet which appears to have an adhesive that holds the two together.

We have a small child in this home whom could have been injured or killed had she been in the bathroom when the cabinet fell down. Please contact me if you would like the cabinet for evidence or lab examination.

If you read the reviews on this cabinet via the provided link, you will find other people have had this same issue. This product should be immediately recalled as it poses a safety risk to anyone who has mounted it above their toliet.
