   Issue Description: Upon receiving the curtain rod, I noticed that the packaging lacked any product information, including the product name, brand, manufacturer, model, etc. It only contained an empty box and installation instructions. Nevertheless, I proceeded with the installation process.

   Soon after installation, I noticed that the rod started to bend, and the brackets became loose. Eventually, the rod slipped and fell to the ground. Fortunately, no one was injured in this incident. However, the potential for severe injuries arising from such occurrences is significant.
