The product, in the report: It is called “ 1.5” Reversible Memory Foam Mattress Topper “. Dimensions (Overall): 73.5 Inches (L), 52.5 Inches (W), 1.5 Inches thick Fill Material: 100% Memory Foam Fabric Name: Pressed or Molded Textile Material: 100% Polyurethane Thread Count: Not Applicable Industry or Government Certifications: CertiPUR-US Certified Foam Fits Maximum Mattress Depth: 12 Inches I don’t have much information on the label itself as I threw out the packaging once I bought the topper.

A memory foam mattress topper that I bought from Target contains Fiberglass which has been giving me terrible reactions, I have been getting facial swelling and ankle swelling, hives, welts and itchiness for almost a month and a half now due to the fiber glass in the foam topper. My left eye also got swollen which sent me to the ER on December 8th, 2023 with a $1500 bill. I bought the product in August 2023. I placed a fitted sheet and the spread over it and placed my comforter over that. I sleep on top of the comforter and use another blanket to cover with. In December, I decided to sleep on the sheets and cover with the comforter instead and that when all of the reacts started. The 2nd week in December, I stripped my bed again completely and had on black sweat pants. I noticed all of these shiny very thin strands on dog like hair all over me. I do not own any pets at all. That is when I realized it was fiberglass. Instantly, I had hives all over again, feet and hand itchiness and lip swelling.
