The product, in the report: Crib mattress cover Caller is willing to do whatever it take to show that this cover wrap needs to be changed. Caller attached all tags off the wrap crib cover. Hope this helps. She does have proof of purchase but was told she ordered from guilt.com and it would not be covered under warranty. Which is ridiculous. It is still a product from the company. This could have happened to someone a year of having it or a day. It is unsafe and needs to be recalled. Caller is not the only one according to your website.

Caller is reporting that the crib mattress cover called “wrap” that is zippered around the mattress has “thick” strings that gets entangles and can cause strangulation. She stated that she noticed that the strings were wrapped around her child’s toe.

Caller stated that she contacted the manufacturer but they were not willing to assist her because it was purchased on guilt.com.

Caller feels that this mattress cover is a safety hazard. and the strings can be hazard to cause instangelement.
