The product, in the report: Memory Foam Mattress Topper
Consumer stated that the memory foam mattress topper caused health symptoms such as asthma attack, hives that covered her body and allergy (having a cold). She slept on it for about 1 week before she realize that it was causing her to be ill. She gave it to two other friends to try and they developed similar symptoms as well.
11/27/13 She received medical attention and her physician and she was informed that she had an allergic reaction. She feels that here must be some sort of chemical in the product that triggers this reaction. However, there are no label warning or ingredients stating that there is a potential for health hazard.
The retailer was contacted and they advised her that she could return the product but they could not assist her further.
