The product, in the report: Purchased from Amazon: Tribeca Living SNFL170SHEETQU printed flannel deep pocket sheet set, Snowflakes Multi (Marwah Corporation). I no longer have the packaging to answer 5-9.
I purchased a set of flannel sheets that caused my husbands face and wrists to break out in a rash that looked like chemical burns. The dye in the sheets rubbed off onto our skin such that my razor, loofah, and white shower pan turned blue. Bath water also turned blue. The product was used by me, my husband, and daughter. The bedsheets were on my bed. We used the sheets after washing. Slept in sheets for two weeks. The symptoms began within days but it took us some time to realize it was the blue dye in the sheets. Injuries included a chemical burn like rash to my husband’s face and wrists.
