The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Pack ‘n Play® Twins Bassinet Sheet, Model 1816483
We own Graco Pack ‘n Play® Playard with Twins Bassinet, Model 1812884, and are satisfied with this product.
However, I believe that the sheets for this crib do not fit properly and pose a safety risk for infants.
Graco Pack ‘n Play® Twins Bassinet Sheet, Model 1816483, are too tight for the foldable base. When they are put around the base, it collapses / accordians, causing bumps in the base. The base also no longer covers the entire bottom of the crib, leaving gaps on the sides which are also unsafe
An infant laid on his back can roll over to his front unexpectedly, or into one of the gaps created at the edge of the crib base.
Neither of my twins have been harmed, but I felt I should encourage the CPSC to look into this situation.
Graco’s website has a couple reviews that list the same problem.
My own solution was to discontinue using the Graco sheets and use an alternative from another company which fits properly, so the base can lie flat and fully cover the intended area.
Thank You,
