The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

The product, in the report: Little Grape Nursing Pillow [REDACTED]
I am writing to report a serious incident involving the recalled Little Grape Land Nursing Pillow.
On June 1, 2026, my infant son, [REDACTED], experienced a life-threatening breathing emergency while using this pillow. He became unresponsive and was not breathing normally. I had to provide rescue breaths until emergency responders arrived. By the grace of God, he survived.
I received notification of the recall today, June 11, 2026. I was shocked to learn that the recall was issued on June 4, 2026 just three days after my sons incident. The recall states that these nursing pillows can obstruct an infants breathing and pose a risk of suffocation. Based on our experience, I believe our incident may be related to the hazards described in the recall notice.
I would like this incident formally documented as part of your recall records and safety investigation. The recall notice currently states that no incidents or injuries have been reported. Given what happened to my son, I believe it is important that our experience be included.
