The product, in the report: Bluey and Bingo Pillow and Blanket Set. Sold by Amazon, manfactured by The Northwest LLC.

I purchased a Bluey pillow and blanket set from “The Northwest LLC” through Amazon. It didn’t appear tampered with and was vacuum sealed with tags on it. When I opened the pillow and put my hand on it, I felt something hard. Knowing this was for my child, I pulled at the hard object to see if I could figure out what it was and cut my hand. I immediately took my phone and recorded myself tearing the object out of the completely sewn shut pillow. It had a saw blade inside within the pillow stuffing. I was just about to give it to my child and if she went to use the pillow she could been cut, stabbed, or killed.
