The product, in the report: Cushions for Tailbone Pain Relief, Sciatica (Black, Large)
I purchased an Everlasting Comfort wheelchair cushion from Amazon, and upon receiving it, I discovered two significant risks. First, it lacks necessary legal labeling. Without this labeling, I cannot verify the product’s materials or assess potential allergy risks. My uncle is a wheelchair user, and his skin will be in prolonged contact with this product. if the product contains unknown chemicals, it poses a serious health risk. Second, the cushion slipped off his wheelchair while he was using it, causing him to fall. The not slip rubber base on the back of the cushion is completely ineffective in securing the product, and there are no other securing devices to prevent it from shifting, such as straps. During use, the cushion easily slides forward, causing the user to lose balance and fall. This design flaw creates a risk of slipping or falling, which is especially dangerous for the elderly and those with mobility impairments.
