The product, in the report: Derila Memory Foam Pillow, white Ergonomic Pillow
While I was out of town, I ordered four Derila Memory Foam Pillows online on August 24, 2024 because they were promoted as a sleep product helpful for back and neck pain caused by other pillows that do not support the neck properly. When I opened one of the four bags within the shipping package and took the pillow out, there was a horrible chemical smell coming from the pillow that made me nauseated so I immediately put the pillow back in the bag and taped it up. On September 16, 2024, I sent the customer support team at Derila an email (after calling 1-236-312-1703, their phone number but it did not go through-British Columbia #) to inform them of this horrible smell, letting them know that I have a young baby in the house, and that I was requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization Form in accordance with their return policy. [REDACTED] from that department refused to send me the form and instead, insisted that I keep the pillows and said that “the smell should go away in a well-ventilated area within a few days or a week.”
