Purchased a pillow from Overstock.com via malouf a third party seller. The pillow has a strong chemical smell. It caused me respiratory distress. I spoke with [REDACTED] at malouf. She said just give it a few days ans was not willing to refund. This does not seem acceptable. A pillow should not have such a strong smell. I want a refund.
