The product, in the report: glass pitcher with metal diffuser inside, with a Rubber/silicone base.
Pitcher was being used to make tea. After glass pitcher with metal diffuser inside, I turned to get something off another counter, and it shattered. This pitcher had been used several times before, there was nothing different in how it was being used this time (followed the instructions). I received minor cuts to my arm. Luckily I had turned or the glass would have hit my face.
