The product, in the report: Oxo cold brew coffee maker - non-powered coffee maker with glass carafe purports to have a model number of 1272880.
While reinserting plastic stopper into glass carafe with gentle and regular pressure, the glass carafe shattered, causing me a sever cut on my finger and spraying small shards of glass all over me, my counters and my hands. The design of the stopper may not be compatible with the glass carafe if it can not handle regular insertion.
