The product, in the report: Rechargeable Emergency Light
The plug on the item is not polarized, and is very slender. It fits so loosely into the outlet that with the slightest touch it shifted and created sparks. I unplugged it immediately as an obvious fire hazard. The item is not UL listed and clearly would not qualify to be.
