I purchased a rechargeable tea light set off of Amazon. I plugged it in to charge it over night, in a standard plug. Over night it exploded. It appears 3 of the 12 candles exploded. We live in a fairly new condo so I know its not faulty wiring on our end. The explosion was so loud, it woke up everyone in our condo. This it very dangerous and I feel lucky it didn’t start a fire or injure anyone when it exploded. It blew pieces of plastic, wiring, batteries and soot over 10 feet all over my kitchen and dining room.
