The product, in the report: [REDACTED] Manufacturer Monios-L Model Number INW996610650Cc https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07ZCQQLW5

Lights have an internal defect that energizes the aluminum housings to voltages up to 28VAC when plugged into US electric 120VAC 60Hz outlets. This is a shock hazard and is particularly bad for a grow light application which is used near water.

The fault is with the lights themselves not the cords. For some lights, giggling the light about or when reinserting plugs into the light body the fault comes in and out as indicated by lights flickering, electrical buzzing noise, and body voltage fluctuating. Of the four lights I received the aluminum body voltages when both lights are on was 28, 17, 15, and 10 VAC to ground. With one light on the voltage of the aluminum body is about 1/2 the value (14,9,7,5).
