The product, in the report: Wired basket
Caller stated that the dimmer switch for the product started to melt and burnt his hutch after it was in use for about 1 hour. He stated that this allow the aroma from the rock salts for therapeutic purposes. Caller stated that if no one had been present this could have caused a house fire.
The retailer was contacted and he was inform that he should return the product so they could review the item.
