How badly anyone was hurt

  • No one hurt 2 CPSC: Incident, No Injury

As each report says it, in short words; CPSC’s own words are under each.

The reports, as CPSC published them

Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.

Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

  1. No one hurt

Made Jun 5, 2022, sent to the company Jun 9, 2022, published by CPSC Jun 27, 2022

The product, in the report: Rechargeable cloud lamp for play with magnetic FORT. The light has the ability to stick on the magnetic FORT pieces (FORT is a children’s play couch)

Received a magnet cloud light marketed for children and the magnet fell out when I opened the box! It is clearly a choking hazard and not safe for children to play with.

The product, in the report: Item was marketed as a magnetic cloud light sold by Fort. The cloud light does not appear on the website anywhere, but on the kickstarter page. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/conorblewis/fort-magnetic-pillow-fort

Magnetic cloud light sold by Fort had magnets fall out immediately upon arrival. Multiple parents online have noticed this issue as well. I received two products with small magnets, smaller than a penny, that had fallen out. The product had not yet been used. These products were marketed for toddlers to go along with their magnetic foam play couch that also had magnets that were not enclosed and shattered. I have a video that is too large to share of the broken product if I can email it in another way.
