The product, in the report: Brightown Outdoor String Lights, 30FT 11+1 LED ST38 LED Patio Lights Shatterproof, Dimmable IP65 Waterproof. Purchased from Brightown Store on Amazon. ASIN: B0FLK173DR

Purchased an outdoor string light on Amazon. Product is: Brightown Outdoor String Lights, 30FT 11+1 LED ST38 LED Patio Lights Shatterproof, Dimmable IP65 Waterproof. After only 1 year of use, every single lightbulb has collected water INSIDE the bulb, posing an electrical hazard and potential safety risk. I have photos to substantiate this claim. The water inside the lightbulb is close to the filament, potentially causing an electrical fire.

The product, in the report: The Brightown 12 Pack Warm White LED Fairy Lights are battery-powered. Each string is nearly 7 feet long and features 20 warm white LEDs. The lights come with two pre-installed CR2032 batteries per string and include one screwdriver for easy battery replacement.

    To whom it may concern

I am reaching out you to express my deep concerns about the button cell battery light string we purchased, especially given that we have a 5-year-old child at home.

Consequently, we compared the Consumer Safety Commission’s standards for such products (UL4200A) and Unfortunately found that the light string we received did not include any warning labels on either the product or its packaging. When we tried to change the battery, the screws fell out directly, It’s not an anti drop screw, creating a serious risk of ingestion for young children maybe. Additionally, the battery compartment can be opened manually without removing the screws, leaving the button cell batteries exposed.

I am concerned that this product fails to meet ANSI/UL 4200A and 16 C.F.R. 1263.3 standards. And I hope you to double-check these safety issues promptly to mitigate potential risks.

Thank you for your immediate attention to this urgent matter.
