The product, in the report: Task Light

The consumer noticed that the task light protective coating cracked at the transformer exposing the cooper wires.

The firm was contacted and was advised that the 90 day warranty had a expired. However since she showed a great concern about their product they would be willing to mail a new light out.

She is responsible to mail the facility light in and pay for the shipping for both hers and the new one.

The consumer estimates using the light for 12 days or more day for the almost two years that she has had it.
