The product, in the report: I bought an item similar to [REDACTED] that are subject to a Consumer Recall
I bought an item similar to [REDACTED] that are subject to a Consumer Recall in Bed Bath & Beyond’s NE Dallas Store last year (Manf Date per label 9/2015)
The seat gradually started rocking relative to the base and eventually I took a fall. Upon examination two screws, one into the leg base and one into the seat base were loose. Upon removal the lock washer on one 6mm screw was broken. I reinstalled and put a locknut on the screws, they protruded from the tee nut enough.
Because of the looseness the turntable is now loose (or maybe the loose turntable resulted in stresses in the bolts).
