The product, in the report: Bar Chairs for outside decks
Bar Chairs I purchased from Lowes had leg break and almost dumped me while sitting on my deck. I attempted to find a site online to repair or replace the chair legs. I subsequently found a recall from 3i Corporation for these chairs and their use should be discontinued immediately. Unfortunately, I never was advised previously of this recall. When I called 3i Corporation about the recall, I was put on a record d message that I would receive a return call. I have not gotten a call back. What can I do about the unsafe chairs?
