The product, in the report: BLK Folding Bar Stool Cosco Home and Office Products Division of DJ 2525 State Street Columbus, In 47201

My father of 84 recovering from recent back surgery sat down on on a Cosco Model number 37800blk1w Folding stool and collapsed under him giving him a hard fall onto the kitchen floor making his back hurt. I took them back to Walmart where thy were purchased and the only words out of thier mouths was that the stools looked a little dirty. Did not show any concern if anyone was hurt. They refunded the money but offered no concern or compensation for the victim. We are currently seeking a product liability attorney. These stools need to be removed from the market.
