The product, in the report: Product: Bar Stools (counter height) set of 2. Brand: Binzhi, purchased from Amazon.com. Product Dimensions: 20 x 19 x 25.6 inches. Materials: Metal and Man-Made Rattan.

We purchased a set of 2 barstools. They both slip out from underneath you when you are trying to get into them and while sitting in them. The balance is off and when more weight it put toward the front of the stools they slip out and cause the user to fall out, often on to the ground. This has happened to both children and adults. Due to their use at a bar top, the user can easily hit their chin or face on the bar top when the stool falls over. They can also hit their head when they fall to the ground.
