The product, in the report: Walmart card table and chair set
Was taking decorations down and used chair to reach. When I stood on the folding chair I lost my balance when it decided to collapse and fold back up. The chair seat part went between my legs hitting my vaginal area that caused lots of bleeding and bruising. I got lacerations in my vaginal area and had to be rushed to the ER to get stitches and get checked out and now i have to go back to see a doctor because my back hasnt stopped hurting me after the fall to get it checked out.
