First aid Made Aug 16, 2021, sent to the company Aug 19, 2021, published by CPSC Sep 2, 2021
The product, in the report: True Living Outdoors Wide body Sling Lounger White metal frame Blue Fabric
After setting up (which just required unfolding the lounge chair) the lounge chair and adjusting the back of the lounger to a comfortable level to lay down on, the back of the lounger collapsed. Of course a person is going to think they incorrectly set up the lounger if the incident only happens once. I reset the lounger 4 times and the same results happened, the lounger collapsed and I bumped my head on the ground and injured my back from the collapse of the lounger hitting the ground. I had planned on looking up any issues with this product when I returned home. I went into my local Dollar General Store and on the front door was posted a RECALL FOR THE LOUNGER I was going to research.

I am reporting a true living lounge chair that I purchased at a Dollar General Store near my home and I was sitting in it and it just collapsed on me and my left ring finger got stuck and I had to go to the dr and get exrays to make sure it was broken,or if I had lost it. I got a technis shot , a shot for pain, antibiotic to prevent infection and where it was cut it had to he glued back together so that I could Kee my finger. My finger is still very purple and throbs and still has pain in the arera of where the damage was done.. It was horrible. My best friend was with me the whole time. I bought it for $25.00.
