The product, in the report: Sunilla Outdoor Patio Set - couch and two rockers. Biscay Swivel Lounge Chair Set Item #: A085300-02-FCAC
Several years ago we purchased a Sunvilla patio set. Just recently, we noticed one of the chairs felt more sunken and when we lifted the cushion we saw that the metal support points for the front bottom had completely torn loose from the welding points - a manufacturing defect. Neither my wife or I would be considered overweight enough to make this happen. We contacted the manufacturer and provided photos and they quickly brushed us off saying they no longer manufactured that particular design.
