The product, in the report: outdoor, wrought iron patio set consisting of table and 6 cushioned swiveled chairs

Purchased an outdoor, wrought- iron patio dining set consisting of table and 6 cushioned chairs, from BIG LOT store #4560. When the sun reflects off my neighbors window and shines on the cushions, the cushions burn and melt. I returned two cushions to the store for replacement and informed the store manager it will happen again, He took photos of the burned & melted cushions and texted them to his district manager. I also spoke with the district manager who gave me the corporate office phone number (614-278-6800) and explain the situation to them. I spoke to the “Claims & Liability” dept and they told me they will open a file and have an inspector look into it and it may take as long as 30 days. The BIG LOT chain purchased this from the manufacturer; Sunjoy Group 1Wuyi Rd. Huimin Street Jiashan, Zhejiang, 314100 China Date of delivery to U.S 17105698 Reg No.UT1484 (CN)
