The product, in the report: Stakmore folding chair with espress/jax fabric art./itm. #: 1258192 batch ID #: 107-36/18-107
The folding chair buckled while my wife sat on it on Nov 4, with the front leg of the chair on her right side extending out (the wooden piece between front legs seems to have splintered and become detached from that leg).
A day or two before that when I was sitting in chair that same leg had gone outward (forward) a bit, but I didn’t think much of it at the time.
The weight limit on the chair is 300 lbs and no one in the house is within 20% of that nor has the chair sustained any kind of abuse. We’d been using it as a dining room chair since we purchased it from Costco Redwood City earlier in the year.
