Hurt, no treatment Made Oct 13, 2021, sent to the company Oct 18, 2021, published by CPSC Nov 1, 2021
The product, in the report: Black foldable/packable butterfly chair. Both the cloth and the stand is black.
The corner of the chair ripped while i was sitting in it. I fell quickly and slammed my head hard. After that i struggled to breathe as the stand collapsed around my neck. Luckily, I was able to call for someone to hold it open so i could get untangled. I weigh 140 (much less than the 225 lb limit). This product is dangerous and has no lock to hold it open.
