Caller was using the product in his son’s backyard. Caller was sitting on the product with his granddaughter sitting on his lap. His grandson attempted to join them on the swing when all of a sudden the product collapsed. Caller suffered a broken fibula above his right ankle. Had to go to the emergency room. Had surgery on 6/6/18.
