Hurt, care not known Made Aug 12, 2023, sent to the company Aug 15, 2023, published by CPSC Sep 6, 2023
The product, in the report: Mainstays Folding Adjustable Back Fabric Beach Lounger, Teal (3.4) 3.4 stars out of 111 reviews 111 reviews
Every time the lounge chair was sat on after being extended it folded up on top of my head after trying to lounge on it. The fabric is to stiff making it very hard. It caused a severe head bruise because the frame is made of metal.

Hurt, no treatment Made Apr 18, 2017, sent to the company Apr 26, 2017, published by CPSC May 17, 2017
The product, in the report: The chair has a padded cushion and slat type backing. Frame made of metal, possibly aluminum (Very light). Believe item pulled from floor, still on line as Mainstay Folding Slat chair.
On 23 January 2017 I purchased a Mainstay Folding Slat Chair from Walmart San Diego, CA. Today, while leaving a voice-message on my cousin’s voice-mail I sat down in the chair, as I had done many times since its purchase and I went straight to the ground. Closer examination revealed that two welds on the bottom had failed. I had pre-existing back injury and not sure if this exasperated or not. Nonetheless, it doesn’t hurt to make it a matter of record.
