The product, in the report: Plastic Folding Chair numbers on bottom are product id:1412713-L3, Model80074 made by Lifetime products
I am reporting a incident with a folding chair that I got my pinky finger caught in and it amputated the tip of my finger. This is a dangerous folding chair that I don’t want to see anybody else good through what I and going through. The incident took place at a dinner I attended at a club we belong to and I just sat down in the chair and I am not sure how but somehow I must have reached to pull the chair forward and there was a gap where the chair was not fully setup or came apart somehow and when I pulled it forward it pinched my finger tip by closing it in the pad against the bar.
