The product, in the report: This was a La Z Boy swivel patio chair, sold through Sears. The model was Dylan or Kayla. The Swivel Dining chair broke at the joint where the chair swivels.
The swivel chair of my patio set broke apart at the swivel joint. My daughter was thrown to the ground nearly breaking her arm. I asked La Z Boy for help with a repair and I received no reply. I contacted Sears Repair and because I didn’t have the numbers of the original sale, they couldn’t help me.
