IKEA GUNDE folding chair (https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/gunde-folding-chair-black-00217797/). Chair is lightweight and not stable. When person sitting leans forward (weight toward front of chair), the chair will either slip (when on hardwood or vinyl)and/or tip forward (carpet). Personal experience - Both adults and children have fallen multiple times using these chairs on multiple occasions. Many consumers have had the same issue per the reviews on the company website for this item.
