The product, in the report: Bar Patio Chairs under the Home Trends Label purchased at Loews in 2010. Similar design flaw with base weld breaking as your recall of other [REDACTED] chairs which I received a recall letter about. The photo in the letter shows a different chair which I also purchase a set of four of. I don’t think they have the weld problem described in the letter. I am attaching photos.

I received a recall letter from [REDACTED] regarding bar patio chairs purchased at Loews. It is for Models [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] which are Loews items #[REDACTED] and #[REDACTED]. I had purchased 4 chairs that look like the exact picture in the letter. However, I also purchased 4 different chairs at Loews at the same time which have had the exact same weld breakage issue. They have a Home Trends label on them, are the same height, design and fabric, but have a different base. I do not see a model number but Loew’s records should indicate my purchase which was on credit. The base is square rather than circular. I’m positive it is the same manufacturer and believe these chairs should also be part of a recall. The chairs were purchase in 2010
