The reports, as CPSC published them
Reports people made to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. CPSC publishes each one after sending it to the company named, and doesn’t guarantee they’re accurate. A report isn’t a recall.
Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

No one hurt Made Jan 27, 2013, sent to the company Feb 7, 2013, published by CPSC Mar 1, 2013
The product, in the report: Pink “comfy” chair, Disney princess. Round seat affixed to metal, foldable frame.
One of 4 pink, hard plastic pieces came out of the chair. I found the piece in my 16 month old daughter’s mouth. I have no idea how it came loose as the chairs are hardly played with. There is no warning on the chair about small parts, use with children over 3, etc. All there is is a weight warning, must be under 81lbs.

First aid Made Jul 11, 2012, sent to the company Jul 31, 2012, published by CPSC Aug 14, 2012
The product, in the report: Disney Cars folding saucer chair.
Chair tipped sideways and child hit his face on an adjoining bookcase. The chair is a folding saucer chair with uneven center of gravity. The slightest of weight while the child tries to sit on it makes flip forward. While being seated on it, any movement make it tip over, or in the case that cause the injury, flipped to it’s side. I subscribe to the published recall list and I am surprise that this chair has not been recalled. There are a lot of websites that are selling them.
