Each report is the words of the person who made it, as CPSC published them. The company’s comments, where CPSC published any, are set apart as the company’s own.

Made Jan 3, 2014, sent to the company Jan 13, 2014, published by CPSC Jan 29, 2014

The product, in the report: Five piece folding table and chair set. Model Number 37500BLKW.

I bought a folding table and chair set similar to the one recently recalled by Walmart. It was purchased in 2009 though and was made by Cosco Home & Office Products. Three of the four chairs broke. The metal legs bent around the joint. No injuries occurred, and I threw away the broken chairs. I still have the one remaining chair and the table. I wanted to report it because the problem seems to be similar to those reported for the recently recalled product. I weigh approximately 225 lbs.
