The product, in the report: I purchased two Caravan Zero Gravity Chair from Walmart.com in May of 2015: http://www.walmart.com/ip/Dining-Chairs/12526795 We rarely use the chairs. Yesterday I noticed that on one of the chairs, the bolt which attaches to arm rest is loose and has come apart from the arm rest. Luckily I noticed the problem before sitting in the chair as this could cause serious injury by coming apart completely and causing the chair to collapse. Here is the link to the company who makes the chair: http://CaravanCanopy.com Here is a link to the product on their website: http://www.caravancanopy.com/product/recreational-products/infinity-zero-gravity-chair/ I reached out to both Walmart and the manufacturer to report the problem. Walmart said to contact the manufacturer. I sent an email with photos of the problem to Caravan Global (mcollins@caravanglobal.com). They replied and said that the chair only has a 60 day return. I expressed to them the concern over safety and replied with the same thing - that the chair is out of warranty. I told them this is clearly a manufacturing or engineering defect. That they need to address the issue from a safety standpoint before someone gets seriously hurt, but clearly what I’m telling them is falling on deaf ears. The other problem with this chair is that two of the nuts that hold the bolts to the frame have come loose and fallen off the chair. Why they didn’t use locking nuts to prevent this from happening is clearly a mystery. Based on these two issues, this chair is clearly dangerous and unsafe. Anyone not noticing and checking for nuts that have fallen off or that the main bolt which attaches the arm to the frame, is in risk of serious injury.

It seems incomprehensible that a manufacturer wouldn’t want to address the issue from a safety stand point.
