The product, in the report: Ashley Beachroft outdoor swivel chair
We have multiple Ashley outdoor furniture units. They are Al less than 2 years old. Two of the swivel chair baes have failed and in one case I fell out of the chair as a result. Fortunately my injuries were minor. That said, I’ve gotten zero response from Ashley with with regard to replacement units, replacement parts etc. When I came across outdoor furniture replacement parts vendors I noticed the numerous mentions of those with similarAshley products that have had the exact same type of failure- most it seems just outside of the warranty period. The reason for my request is that I was fortunate when I fell out of the chair, but can only imagine a more frail person not being as lucky
